ValbrunPRO will refund 100% of your purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any stock item you bought. Simply email ValbrunPRO customer service for a return and return the item in sellable condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery to: (customercare@valbrunpro.com).

Important information about refund eligibility:

  • We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to delivery to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it’s possible that in rare cases damages may occur during delivery.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

NB: Wе don’t ассерt оr give refund bасk for a product being dаmаgеd by the buyer. Therefore, return immediately any item received as faulty.

WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of ValbrunPRO. This Limited Warranty applies to poducts, and only for physical goods, purchased from ValbrunPRO

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, ValbrunPRO will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

ValbrunPRO will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for products purchased from ValbrunPRO is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement product(s) assumes the remaining warranty of the original product(s)  days  from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Damage by customer, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
