ValbrunPRO will refund the amount of your purchase should you be dissatisfied with any stock item you bought. Simply call or email ValbrunPRO customer service and return the item in same condition as purchased in the original packaging, within 60* days of delivery. Contact our Customer service at (customercare@valbrunpro.com).

Important information about refund eligibility:

  • We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to delivery to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it’s possible that in rare cases damages may occur during delivery.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be received within 60 days, customer service should be notified within 45 days of any issues

 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from cost of purchase if item is NOT received as purchased.

NB: Wе don’t ассерt оr give refund bасk for a product being dаmаgеd by the buyer. Therefore, return immediately any item received as faulty.

WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of ValbrunPRO. This Limited Warranty applies to products, and only for physical goods, purchased from ValbrunPRO.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, ValbrunPRO will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Sharpening will be provided at no cost through the first year of ownership on shear based on normal wear and tear. Simply contacts us via email at customercare@valbrunpro.com with your order number and a care specialist will connect you with one of our authorized shear sharpeners closest to your location.

A 10 year limited warranty is applied to all shear purchases.

What will we do to correct problems?

ValbrunPRO will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for products purchased from ValbrunPRO is 1 years from the date of purchase.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product from the date of replacement or repair, if any warranty remains.

What does this limited warranty NOT cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Damage by customer, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
